Smart Intake System (SSI) is the institute's internal platform for coordinating people, paperwork, assets, and day-to-day operations.

Privacy & data

Your data stays at IIM

Hosted on the institute server

SSI runs on an IIM-managed server. Your records — people, intake submissions, meetings, materials, reports — never leave institute infrastructure.

No third-party analytics

No tracking pixels, no Google Analytics, no advertising cookies. The only outbound integration is the institute's own Telegram bot for notifications.

Role-based access

Operator, Gerente and Director profiles see only what their role permits. Personal events and reminders are private to the owner. Audit logs track Telegram messages.
